Our new web address! On Friday, March 21st, 2008 TTC Communications unveiled a new domain name that will be easier to
say and faster to type into your address bar: TTCNW.com. This new name will take you to the same place that you
are used to, and you will also continue to be able to find us at ttccommunications.com.

Service & Support
Standard service is provided between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Two days notice should be given but may not be necessary for this service.
Emergency services are provided within two hours, plus travel time. Emergency service is defined as "more than 10% of your system is out of service and or the attendant console is down". Warranty on new systems is for one year, parts and labor. The purchase of maintenance contracts to cover parts and labor are available.
TTC Communications will give free program changes for the first 30 days after completion. After 30 days, changes will be billed by the hour at the current labor rates. On site training will be given to all users along with user guides. All training is free for the first 30 days.
